1. Raising a Biblical foundation for future Godly generations

"And [they that shall be] of thee shall build the old waste places: thou shalt raise up the foundations of many generations: and thou shalt be called, The repairer of the breach, The restorer of paths to dwell in." -Is. 58:12                                 

2. Developing a personal life-message that honors God

"Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven."  -Mt. 5:16 

3. Turning the hearts of men to their families

"Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the LORD: And he shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to their fathers, lest I come and smite the earth with a curse." -Mal. 4:5-6 

4. Teaching men to be men of Biblical conviction

"That the aged men be sober, grave, temperate, sound in faith, in charity, in patience." -Titus 2:2

5. Reinforcing the Biblical calling of womanhood

"I will therefore that the younger woman marry, bare children, guide the house, give none occasion to the adversary to speak reproachfully." -1Tim. 5:14

6. Raising children of Godly character

"And, ye fathers, provoke not your children to wrath: but bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord." -Eph. 6:4

7. Reinforcing Biblical family values

"Behold, I and the children whom the LORD hath given me [are] for signs and for wonders in Israel from the LORD of hosts, which dwelleth in mount Zion." -Is. 8:18

8. Equipping families for evangelism

"How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher? and how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things!" -Rm. 10:14-15
